  1. Dr. Tarun Sharma and Dr. Sandeep Panda featured among world’s top 2% scientists in a list released by Stanford University.
  2. Dr. Tarun Sharma was inducted as a member of Indian National Young Academy of Sciences (INYAS) which is a part of Indian National Science Academy (INSA).
  3. Dr. Tarun Sharma represented India in the International Consortium on Aptamers that has designed a guideline on the minimum aptamer publication standards (MAPS guidelines) for de novo aptamer selection.
  4. Dr. Tarun Sharma received a highly competitive international grant from Nova Nordisk foundation and open philanthropy for developing aptamer-based inhibitors against Nipah and hendra viruses.
  5. Dr. Tarun Sharma serves as a member of DBT Technical Expert Committee (TEC) for diagnostics in domain of Maternal and Child Health.
